Trimetal Customs was founded in 2019 by Cornel Coca and Joe Thompson to produce high-quality metalwork for a wide range of applications. Trimetal has completed projects for clients such as Schneider Electric, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, Duct Doctor, Powell and many builders and private individuals.

Cornel and Joe form the driving force behind Trimetal Customs, bringing over 35 years of combined experience in metalwork.
From architectural to ornamental metal fabrication, they combine precision, craftsmanship, and passion to deliver high-quality, customized projects. Their dedication to the craft is reflected in everything, from structural builds to artistic installations, all crafted with attention to detail and client satisfaction at the core of their mission. Together, they’re more than just a team—they’re a powerhouse of skill and innovation.

Co-Founder
Joe is a Tennessee Native and has been using his hands to create projects from scratch for 20+ years.
He graduated from TCAT Nashville’s welding program in 2015 and is specialized in structural fabrication and erection as well as aluminum projects of all kinds.

Cornel has over 35 years of metal fabrication experience, highlighted by over 20 years in tool and die making for the aerospace industry, including R&D and first articles for cutting-edge military applications.
